Our management. With 100 years of combined experience and daily meetings, an integrated team addresses each day’s challenges together, with an eye to continually improve training, procedures and performance.

Our clients include public and private organizations, large and small, as we always work to  due to  governments, urban spaces, high schools and colleges, buildings, performance. We serve organizations who need hundreds of security staff—or just one to guard their facility.

Collaborative planning with clients and community stakeholders—led by our integrated team—prioritizes cultural sensitivity, community inclusion, de-escalation and close relationships with local police, allows us to lower a location’s emotional temperature and avoid calling the police unless it is absolutely necessary.
